Dispersants

iSuoChem® Dispersants (Dispersing agents) cover solvent-based, water-based, and solvent-free systems. They solve the biggest challenges in coating and ink production: Prevents pigment clumping (agglomeration) and poor wetting, which cause low color strength and color differences; Fixes high grinding viscosity to reduce energy waste and improve production speed; and prevents pigment settling (sedimentation), coarsening, and "floating color" during storage.

Our dispersant significantly improves tinting strength and hiding power. By reducing viscosity and increasing flow, they cut down grinding time and energy costs. This helps you achieve better quality with lower production costs.

They can replace international brands such as BYK (161/163/2000, etc.), Solsperse (24000/20000/27000/39000, etc.), Evonik (TEGO Disers), and BASF (EFKA-4010/4300/4580).

Certifications: REACH, RoHS, organotin-free and free of other harmful substances. Meets strict environmental standards. Some water-based products can meet low VOC requirements.
